We’re proud to announce Dublin Mazda is a 2019 President’s Club dealership and a Mazda Gold Cup Certified Dealer! This is the seventh consecutive year Dublin Mazda has earned the President’s Club designation, a significant honor that speaks to our continued efforts to provide the best car buying experience possible.
Both awards rely heavily on providing car buyers with excellent customer service, so we’d like to take a moment to thank our hardworking sales and service teams who are committed to providing Mazda drivers with award-winning customer service.
The President’s Club designation is one of Mazda North American Operations’ highest honors, as it recognizes dealerships that excel at both customer satisfaction and top-sales among other similarly sized dealerships. Participating Mazda dealerships are grouped by category using an equal weighting of a dealer’s average annual sales and their customer experience, which includes a particular emphasis on customer retention. For each respective category, only the top 50 dealerships are named to the Mazda President’s Club each year.
Mazda’s Gold Cup award is an exclusive designation given to Mazda dealerships that apply special focus and dedication to customer satisfaction and new vehicle sales. All authorized Mazda dealerships are eligible to participate but to qualify a Mazda dealership must adhere to strict customer satisfaction requirements, maintain a positive dealership image, and make sure their service and sales team participate in ongoing Mazda training requirements. Only the Mazda dealerships that excel in all three areas are awarded the Mazda Gold Cup.
