Last month, for the sixth consecutive year, Dublin Mazda was named a 2018 President’s Club dealership, one of the highest honors a dealership can receive from Mazda North American Operations (MNAO). And, it doesn’t stop there. In addition to being named a President’s Club dealership (again), MNAO also named Dublin Mazda a Mazda Gold Cup Certified Dealer.

The President’s Club designation is one Mazda North American Operations highest honors as it recognizes dealerships that excel at both customer satisfaction and top-sales among similarly sized dealerships. Using an equal weighting of a dealership’s average annual sales and their overall customer experience, participating Mazda dealerships are broken into like categories. For each respective category, only the top 50 performing dealerships make it to the President’s Club.
Mazda’s Gold Cup

Mazda’s Gold Cup award is an exclusive designation given to Mazda dealerships that apply special focus and dedication to customer satisfaction and new vehicle sales. All authorized Mazda dealerships are eligible to participate but qualifying is a bit different. Mazda Gold Cup winners must adhere to strict customer satisfaction requirements, maintain a positive dealership image, and make sure their service and sales team participate in on-going Mazda training requirements. Only the Mazda dealerships that excel in all three areas are awarded the Mazda Gold Cup.
